Opportunity Starts at Home (“OSAH”) is a campaign initiated by Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation, (“CBPP” ), and Children’s Health Watch of Boston Medical Center Corporation operating as Children’s Health Watch, a Boston Massachusetts nonprofit corporation (the“CHW”), and Make Room, Inc., a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation ( “Make Room”), and National Alliance to End Homelessness, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (“NAEH”), and led by National Low Income Housing Coalition, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (“NLIHC”).
